How to Do a Handstand? (Re-writing in our own words) - Trey and James

To do a handstand you put your hands on the ground and have it shoulder-width apart. You must keep your hands straight on to the floor. Then you flick your feet up in the air and make sure its straight up (make sure you're not leaning backwards/forwards). You can use a wall or a friend to help support you and get you in to the handstand position. Your back has to be straight up and you need to do it on hard ground that will not move because you might break your hand.
