How do we balance?


Balance is important because if you could not balance, you would be always tumbling down to the floor and walking would be tricky. You balance every day! Even other animals balance. Balancing is also very important for gymnastics or then you would keep falling and not up straight, and if there was no balance then probably no one would do gymnastics.



To balance well and be up straight, we can have our arms out, It might help due to weight distribution because on what way your arms are facing. This really helps when you are on one foot! You should use this in gymnastics, especially on the wooden beam!



Another way to balance well and steady is to focus on a still spot. It helps if there is lots of moving objects/animals around you so you are less distracted from the objects/animals. It helps in gymnastics with other people!



In conclusion, balance is an important aspect of humans and even other animals like moneys.  These incredible elements help us to balance and have gymnastics something to do: Arms straight out, focusing on a spot and where our weight is allocated!
